Common questions
What can I build with the source files?
A personal link page or a website for one client per licensed template. You can change the content and appearance. The planned license does not permit reselling, distributing or sublicensing the source as competing template products.
Can I use a template after canceling my membership?
The seller will confirm the final membership license terms before launch. Canceling ends access to new downloads. Previously downloaded files cannot be remotely removed from a customer's device, so use rights must be explained in the final license before any subscription is sold.
Is my website automatically published?
No. The browser Studio currently exports an editable config.js file, not a complete hosted website. The product ZIP includes the required source files. Upload and domain setup are your responsibility unless separately agreed.
When and how are downloads delivered?
After future Stripe checkout is verified by the server, the system is designed to email a private, one-use ZIP link, valid for one hour. You can request a replacement link at the customer access page. Delivery emails must be tested before checkout opens.
What if I need a refund?
For billing problems, duplicate charges or a product that does not match its description, contact support with your purchase email. Refund eligibility and response time will be set in a final purchase policy before sales begin, subject to applicable consumer law. This prelaunch page does not waive any statutory rights.
Are the example buttons and newsletters functional?
The demo newsletter, reservations and store interactions are visual samples only. They do not send real messages or accept orders. External services and paid third-party integrations require separate setup.
Where are payment details stored?
Once launched, payment card processing will take place on Stripe-hosted pages. Our server is designed to keep purchase references, entitlement status and secure download links; it does not collect or store card numbers.
